POLICIES

Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, we require full credit card details in the name of the cardholder or a cash deposit equivalent to the first night's stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, debit cards, cash or Traveller's Cheques.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days' notice. If canceled in less than 7 days (regardless of reason - including ferry or flight cancellations) or if you do not arrive without canceling, you will be charged 50% of the total price (100% on 1 night bookings).

Longer Stays: Reservations greater than 1 week are only permitted in the Cottage and Studio Suites; 50% deposit is due upon booking; 90 days prior to arrival date the deposit is non-refundable. 45 days prior to arrival date the balance is due and is non-refundable.

Check-In Time
In person check-in: 3 - 6PM; Self check-in: after 3PM

Check-Out Time
11 a.m.

Parking
Parking is available on the property for standard sized vehicles (not RVs); one car per room.

Bicycles
Covered, lockable bicycle storage is available.

Minimum Stay

2 to 3 night minimums

Maximum Stay

30 nights in the Cottage and Studio Suites; 7 nights in the main guest house rooms

Room Occupancy
Single or double occupancy only

WiFi

Free WiFi available.

Coffee/Tea

We have a self-serve hot beverage area in the Main Guest House.

Meals
We do not serve any meals (including breakfast). We do not provide utensils or dishes for Main Guest House rooms - this is only included in the Cottage and Studio Suites which are equipped with their own kitchen facilities.

Children
Children aged 12 and over are welcome in all rooms. Parents of young children may book the Cottage or Studio Suites.

Pets
Pets are welcome in our cottage and studio suites with prior approval for a flat fee of $20 plus GST. Pets are NOT permitted in our Main Guest House rooms. Dogs must be kept on a leash while on the property and must not be left unattended.

Please note, we also have cats and dogs who live on the property (including inside the main guest house).

Smoking

Outdoors only - in the round-about at the front of the guest house.

Groups (5 Rooms or More)

NO group bookings in July and August
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, we require a minimum of 3 nights

We do not provide dishes, cutlery, serve ware, etc. Only the Cottage and Studio Suites have kitchenettes that are equipped with dishes for 2 people in each unit
Note: groups are highly encouraged to book all 9 guest rooms when possible. Otherwise, if guests outside of your group are staying with us, you will need to ensure all common areas are kept tidy, no personal items or food left out in common areas, quiet hours will need to be followed, etc.
